Me and my wife recently gone for 12 Days Everest Base Camp Trek with BHT and I can honestly say it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our life. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, safely and with real care.

What truly made this trek exceptional was the team. Our guide Pema was outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the mountains, local culture and trekking routes, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he guides. His experience in the Everest region really showed and I always felt safe and confident under his guidance. Our porter Sadan also deserves special appreciation. Despite carrying heavy loads and walking long distances, he was kind, humble and supportive. Best Heritage Tour clearly treats their staff well, and it shows in their professionalism and attitude.

Accommodation and meals throughout the trek were well arranged. The teahouses were comfortable considering the altitude and the food was warm, filling and surprisingly good even in higher elevations. They handled permits, timing and daily plans efficiently, allowing us to fully enjoy the trek. Another thing I appreciated was that the trek never felt rushed. There was enough time to rest, acclimatize, take photos and simply enjoy the surroundings. Pema often shared stories about Sherpa culture, monasteries and mountain life, which added so much depth to the journey.
