Amazing 10/10 would never use anyone else

Amazing experience!!!! We did the 4-day Mardi Himal trek. Bimal truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. He takes his job very seriously and does everything he can to ensure a smooth and good time. Our flight to Kathmandu was delayed, so we would have missed our connection into Pokhara, but he had it all figured out and our flight was rescheduled at no cost to us when we landed. He even met us personally at the airport. Our guide on the trek was also incredible — helpful, down to earth, deeply kind-hearted, patient and accommodating with our pacing — and even took us sightseeing in Pokhara on his own free time when we were done. Extremely generous people, with a level of service that I have never come close to experiencing in the west. We felt so welcomed to their country, and included like family in a genuine way, not like it was a transaction we were paying for. Bimal and his staff will truly care about you. I cannot even think of any ways they could have done better. We will be back to Nepal again and again and will use BHT every time.
